Job summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) is seeking a Student Assessment Coordinator to support multiple health sciences programs. You will build, review, and code performance assessments, assign graders, proctor exams, and generate reports.

The role requires attention to confidentiality, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience is required, and the position is based in Yakima, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates with faculty to build assessments in a timely manner, reviewing items for presentation, content, grammar, or structure.
• Proctors student assessments, ensuring compliance and troubleshooting issues with software/testing devices.
• Generates and maintains accurate assessment reports after each assessment.
• Administers assessments to individuals with approved accommodations.
• Continuously provides quality customer service to students and staff requiring assistance.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Obtains and maintains NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
