Qualifications

• NCTA Proctor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curricular and assessment software programs; troubleshoot issues; manage users and permissions.
• Manage Course Gradebooks, as assigned.
• Develop and implement software trainings; create materials and SOPs; provide individual and group support.
• Provide internal support for assessment technology needs and proctor student assessments.
• Develop recommendations for new and existing software platforms for multiple programs.
• Research and implement software platforms to comply with accommodation requests.
• Collaborate with program leaders and faculty to manage evaluations.
• Obtain and maintain NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
