Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with faculty to build assessments and review items.
• Proctor student assessments and troubleshoot devices.
• Generate and maintain assessment reports.
• Administer assessments with accommodations.
• Provide quality customer service to students and employees.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Obtain and maintain NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
