Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each learner.
• Collect data and conduct assessments during sessions.
• Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and in group sessions.

Skills

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Desire for continued learning opportunities

Ability to work 1-on-1 with learners

Bilingualism

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
