Job summary

Highlights Healthcare - Autism ABA Services is looking for aspiring BCBAs for their ABA Student Analyst Program. Student Analysts will gain valuable experience while enrolled in a Master’s program. They will implement behavior plans under supervision and work directly with children.

Benefits include an hourly rate starting at $23.00, paid training, health, dental, vision insurance, and 401K options. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with young children with special needs.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a BCBA, implement unique behavior plans.
  • Collect data and conduct assessments during sessions.
  • Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners.
