Job summary

Highlights Healthcare - Autism ABA Services is seeking motivated individuals for their Student Analyst / Registered Behavior Technician position. Candidates will receive additional education and support while implementing behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field and have experience working with children with special needs. Full-time options include salaries starting at $23/hour, comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and assist in certain assessments during sessions.
• Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners in addition to group sessions.

Skills

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
