Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking students in school to become a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a clinic setting. You will work closely with BCBAs, collect data, and support treatment plans while developing clinical judgment in real cases.

This paid position offers structured fieldwork hours toward BACB certification, mentorship, and growth across clinic, home, school, and community settings as you advance toward the Student Analyst II role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct treatment experience.
• Active RBT certification or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire.
• Ability to engage children with autism in a supportive, developmentally appropriate way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy and implement BSPs with fidelity.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and analyze it for recommendations.
• Contribute to client treatment plans and adjust targets under supervision.
• Assist in conducting FBAs and probing new targets.
• Co-lead caregiver training sessions and supervise staff meetings.
• Help train new RBTs on protocols and provide feedback.
• Track supervised fieldwork hours per BACB requirements.
