Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking students in school to become a BCBA to join a collaborative clinical team in Shawnee, KS. You will deliver ABA therapy under supervision, collect data, and contribute to treatment planning as you progress toward BCBA or BCaBA certification.

You’ll work with BCBAs who mentor your growth, participate in real cases with structured feedback, and move toward independent practice while you complete fieldwork requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BCBA or BCaBA program and pursuing certification.
• Willingness to collect data and participate in clinical decision-making.
• Strong communication with families and team, and ability to follow supervision.
• Ability to manage time and maintain accurate session notes and data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy across a clinic setting under supervision.
• Collect and analyze data to inform data-driven recommendations.
• Participate in client treatment plans, advance targets, and adjust procedures with BCBA supervision.
• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and identify new targets.
• Co-lead caregiver training sessions and participate in clinical team meetings.
• Help train new RBTs on treatment protocols and provide feedback.
• Track supervised fieldwork hours in accordance with BACB requirements.
