Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 remote and in-person engagement.

You will supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits, develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans, and engage parents through monthly trainings to drive meaningful progress.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision.

Qualifications
