Mercer University in Atlanta is seeking a Student Ambassador to support Admissions and Financial Aid. You will handle direct mail campaigns, data entry, field incoming calls, returning calls, and answer questions from current and prospective students.
You will also assist Welcome Center visitors, conduct campus tours, and perform other office duties as assigned by supervisor Renee Slaton. This is a part-time, on-campus position with a start date of 08/18/2025 and end date of 05/15/2026.

Serve as Student Ambassador for Admissions and Financial Aid department on the Atlanta Campus. Under direct and indirect supervision, administratively support office functions, including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, data entry, field incoming calls, returning calls, and answering general questions from current and prospective students. Student Ambassador will also assist with Welcome Center visitors and walk-ins, give campus tours, and other office duties as assigned by supervisor.
In adherence to the Immigration Control Act of 1986, all student employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency. You will not be allowed to begin work until the I-9 form has been completed and properly certified. The required documents include either a valid US Passport, certificate of US citizenship, alien registration card with photograph OR two of the following documents: a state driver's license, validated student ID card, original social security card, birth certificate.
