Job summary

Jacksonville State University is seeking a part-time student employee to assist the Alumni Relations team with alumni activities and event preparation. You will support staff, help with homecoming and meetings, and perform general administrative tasks as needed by the department.

Eligible applicants must be a JSU student enrolled in at least three hours per fall or spring semester and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0. This role provides hands-on experience in alumni relations and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a Jacksonville State University student taking at least three (3) hours per fall or spring semester.
• GPA of 2.00 or higher if not a first-time student.
• Evidence of student enrollment and GPA (unofficial transcript or enrollment/GPA printout from MyJaxState) must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Alumni Relations staff with alumni related activities and management.
• Assist with preparation for events, meetings, and homecoming activities.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks.
• Provide additional support as required by the department.
