Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum three years of administrative and customer service experience.
• Previous experience in Career Services, job development, staffing or recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Generate employer database through cold calling, mailing, and site visits.
• Maintain relationships with externship sites and employers to address staffing needs.
• Meet weekly placement goals and 90-day employment verification.
• Assist graduates in securing education-related employment through interview techniques and resume critique.
