Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive needs assessment for every student upon enrollment to identify and address barriers.
• Coordinate wrap-around support services between the school and community social service entities.
• Build and maintain trust with students and families to ensure they feel supported in their total welfare.
• Serve as the school's Homeless Liaison for qualifying students and act as an agent for Child Find and ELL identification.
• Lead Attendance Intervention Team (AIT), taking primary responsibility for students not attending regularly.
• Monitor daily attendance data to identify trends and intervene early.
• Implement retention strategies to ensure students remain committed to their educational and life goals.
