Job summary

Weber Innovation High School is seeking a Secondary Aide (Student Advocate) to support students below proficiency. The role operates in a blended learning environment, focusing on Tier 2/3 interventions, attendance, engagement, and data-based progress monitoring.

You will work under school administration to provide direct support, access resources, and collaborate with families and staff to help students stay on pace toward graduation.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting students in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to monitor attendance, engagement, and behavior.
• Knowledge of MTSS framework and tiered support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students in a blended learning environment with autonomous pacing.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, counselors, and community partners.
• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional guidance.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure student safety.
