As a Student Advocate Aide, you will mentor at-risk students, coordinate with families and teachers, monitor attendance and progress, and assist with MTSS, data collection, and confidential record-keeping to help students stay on track for

Qualifications

• Clear and empathetic communication with students, staff, families, and community partners.
• Ability to creatively address students’ challenges and help them set and achieve goals.
• Familiarity with tutoring, instructional, and intervention techniques for adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Support students access school and community resources and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Mentor at-risk students to build academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills.
• Assist in MTSS Tier 2 and 3 activities, monitoring progress and providing interventions.
