Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Empathetic, student-centered approach with timely action and response.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in case management, student services, or administrative support.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage all intake processes and create/assign student case files.
• Provide direct student support and programmatic support to special populations.
• Support administrative tasks for all OSA staff and track KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with Finance Team to procure goods and services.
• Participate in professional development and university committees.
