Job summary

Boston Day and Evening Academy (BDEA) seeks an extraordinary Student Admissions/Operations Specialist to lead recruitment, admissions, and related operations within our competency-based high school. The role requires building rapport with local middle and high schools and community organizations to ensure full enrollment throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in student recruitment and admissions with local schools.
• Maintain enrollment and outreach to community organizations.
• Oversee intake process and data records.
• Support operations: supplies, field trips, events.
