Job summary

Jefferson College seeks a part-time Student Development Assistant to support student activities, orientations, and campus events. You will handle clerical duties, scheduling, and front-line customer service on and off campus, including evening and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities include processing forms, maintaining records, and assisting with communications and promotional materials under FERPA guidelines. 19 hours per week, hourly wage commensurate with experience, in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and assistance to students and staff.
• Basic clerical tasks including data entry and filing.
• Use of standard office software for word processing and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for student activities and events.
• Assist with orientation and program logistics, including calendars and spaces.
• Process routine financial and budget documentation for activities.
