Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Generate and send tuition and fees invoices
• Ensure accuracy of student accounts cash payments
• Process student payments/charge NSF fees
• Process institutional aid
• Perform mid-month and end-of-month reconciliation
• Monitor past-due cash payments and send reminders via call, text and emails
• Respond to student and parent inquiries about accounts and payments
• Explain fees, payments and policies
• Set up and manage installment payments
• Track students accounts
• Demonstrate complex cognitive abilities
• Communicate effectively under pressure with students or co-workers
• Work in a fast-paced environment with adapting strategies

Education

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
