Campus is seeking a passionate full‑time Student Accounts Specialist to join our Campus Scholars team. Your primary responsibilities will include processing ledger card charges, student billing, past due account follow up, account prorations, packaging non‑title IV funding and collections processes. Location: Atlanta, GA.

Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10 am–7 pm EST; remote Monday & Friday. The compensation package includes a base salary of $47,000–$56,000 plus equity,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in student accounts at a college or university
• 1+ year in financial aid
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or education; certifications preferred
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ethical and professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality of student information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft and Google applications

Responsibilities

• Package payment plans and set up automatic emails/text reminders
• Post student payments and respond to inquiries about payment plans
• Review and post charges after add/drop period
• Remind students of delinquent payments and notify Student Success Coaches if two months overdue
• Notify coaches if final payment in quarter has not been paid prior to term end
• Work with Financial Aid to update packaging for not funded or underfunded students
• Coordinate with SAS II to set up new payment plans for continuing students
• Process student account prorations
