Job summary

Adroit Partners is seeking a Financial Reporting / Data Analyst to review student account financial reports, identify discrepancies, and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial reports, accounting data, or student accounts.
• Ability to run and interpret queries and database reports.
• Advanced Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• PeopleSoft experience highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student account financial reports and related data.
• Run, validate, and interpret reports and queries for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile financial data.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for operations.
• Use reporting tools and databases to extract and analyze information.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations to resolve data issues.
• Document reporting processes and procedures accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
