Job summary

• Knowledge of college policies and business office policies.
• Ability to process confidential student records with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and analyzes data and transactions, prepares statements and reports.
• Post charges, fees, and third-party transactions; process payments.
• Customer service: answer student/parent questions via phone, email, or in person.
• Reconcile and prepare daily deposits; student accounts and refunds.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting for the Director of Student Accounts.
• Complete new item setups for tuition and fees and calendars.
