Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years work experience in accounting, billing/receivable or related business.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a group.
• Experience with high-volume payment transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Payment Processing and University ID Cards services, including supervision of staff.
• Verify accuracy and manage reconciliations of payment activity and deposits; monitor cash handling and reporting.
• Oversee University Dept Deposits, liaising with campus contacts and bank entries.
• Lead University ID Card processes and staffing; manage related applications and approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of the EIS system to explain student accounts and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and coaching to staff to meet service standards.
