Job summary

Penn State University Park invites applications for the Student Accountability Case Manager, a hybrid, 40 hours per week role focusing on accountability, conflict resolution, and student success. Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and track reports and cases in Maxient.
• Serve as the Case Manager in the formal student conduct process.
• Apply preponderance of the evidence to issue timely, well-supported decisions.
• Develop educational, reflective, and restorative outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with Action Plans and resolution agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of violations, sanctions, and resolutions in Maxient.
• Disclose records under FERPA and university policy.
