Florida International University is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support the Undergraduate Nursing Department's operations and finances, including planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure efficiency.
The role provides administrative support to faculty, helps with strategic planning, manages travel, invoicing, and enrollment activities, and serves as a liaison to students. Strong organization and proficiency in Office tools are required.

Coordinates and assists with the operational and financial activities & procedures in the Undergraduate Nursing Department to include academic/student planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure organizational effectiveness & efficiency.
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience ; OR 5 years of office or related experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
