Job summary

Solidus is seeking an energetic engineering professional to join our Sensor Test Solutions team in Tewksbury, MA. This on-site role involves designing and deploying advanced test equipment for RF, power, digital and analog systems, contributing to hardware and software solutions with a collaborative team.

You will work with 5–10 engineers, require an active Secret clearance, 5 years of related experience, and hands-on use of LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, and PCB design tools.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or test equipment development.
• Strong experience with electrical test instruments and test equipment.
• Knowledge of Power, RF, Digital Logic, and Analog circuits.
• Hands-on experience with automated test software development (C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, TestStand).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Cultural fit amongst a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test stations and test fixtures, including electrical schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Contribute to hardware and software development required for automated test solutions.
• Execute assigned technical tasks within a team of 5-10 engineers.

• Provide periodic progress updates (daily, weekly, etc.) following established project processes.

Job description

This position requires onsite work in Tewksbury, MA and an active Secret security Clearance. Candidates who do not hold this clearance are not eligible for hire.

Solidus is seeking an energetic and motivated engineering professional to join our Sensor Test Solutions team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and is excited to contribute to the design, integration, and deployment of advanced test equipment used across domestic and international facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of electrical engineers focused on RF, Power, Digital, and Analog systems, all working together to develop high‑quality hardware and software test solutions.

Day In The Life

• Design and develop test stations and test fixtures, including electrical schematic capture and PCB layout
• Contribute to hardware and software development required for automated test solutions

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Familiarity with Department of Defense project development life cycle processes
• Experience using ORCAD or Cadence Allegro for PCB design
• Additional expertise in Power, RF, or Digital Logic design domains

Benefit selection, customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, certifications, and clearance status will influence the final salary.

Full benefits: $127,500 to $160,500 annually

Reduced benefits (no medical, dental, vision): Up to $172,000 annually
