STS Aviation Services is seeking Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida to perform modification and installation work on commercial and large regional aircraft, including A220, A320, Boeing 737, and ERJ-175. Candidates should bring 3+ years of relevant experience and be able to complete both written and hands-on assessments.

Work in a fast-paced maintenance environment with opportunities for growth; valid US work authorization required and a complete set of personal tools.

Role Overview

STS Aviation Services is hiring Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida to support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Technicians perform modification and installation work on A220, A320, Boeing 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft. Candidates should have previous experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft and must be able to pass both a written and a hands‑on assessment. The role suits technicians with experience in aircraft modifications, sheet metal work, structural installations or related production work.

• A&P licence strongly preferred but not required
• Must have a valid and current driver's licence
