STS Aviation Services is hiring Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. These positions support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.

Candidates should have experience performing aircraft modifications, sheet metal work, structural installations or related production work.

Position Overview

Structures Technicians will perform modification and installation work on A220, A320, Boeing 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft. Candidates must be able to pass both a written and hands‑on assessment.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience on commercial or large regional aircraft

• Must have a complete set of basic hand tools required to perform assigned duties

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid and current driver’s license
• Must be able to obtain an airport badge
• Must be able to work any shift or schedule required
