CME Associates is seeking a Structures Project Manager to lead transportation-related structural projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and team delivery while serving as the main client liaison.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in structural engineering and strong leadership, with PE or SE licensure and proficiency in major structural software. Hybrid work options and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
• 15+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
• Proven track record of managing structural projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as OpenBridge/LEAP, MIDAS, OpenRoads, MicroStation.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects in transportation.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget with quality control.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise in structural analysis, design, and materials selection.
• Oversee and mentor engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Develop and approve project documentation and reports.
• Identify risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Support business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Provide client technical support on transportation structures.
