Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Structures) to support Superintendents and Project Managers in heavy civil construction.

The role focuses on coordinating activities to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets, with emphasis on contract administration and document control. The position requires strong leadership, quick decision making, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction projects.
• Strong contract administration understanding.
• Ability to coordinate with Owner, subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents/Project Managers to coordinate project activities and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Update and monitor RFI system and Change Order logs.
• Prepare and review payment requisitions and manage receivables.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper documentation with pay requests.
• Assist in subcontract drafting, procurements, and permits/insurance as needed.
• Ensure project closeout, safety, and quality controls.
