Job summary

Jobtailor in Englewood, Colorado seeks an experienced aircraft sheet metal technician to maintain, repair, inspect, and modify company aircraft and related components. You will work on airframes and assemblies, following approved procedures and manuals.

Candidates should have five or more years of relevant experience, proficiency with precision measuring equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five or more years’ related aircraft sheet metal repair and modification experience is required.
• Previous experience using precision measuring equipment
• Previous experience in use of sheet metal related shop equipment
• Proficient in using manufacturer’s maintenance manuals

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of Company operated aircraft and articles
• Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures
• Ensures all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
• Actively participates in the continuous improvement phase of the company’s Safety Management System
