Qualifications

• Experience with Orton-Gillingham (OG) training or willingness to complete within first year
• CALP certification preferred or willingness to pursue within two years

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small group therapy using a structured literacy approach.
• Address phonological awareness, decoding, spelling, reading fluency, and comprehension skills.
• Customize intervention plans based on student needs and learning profiles.
• Administer assessments and track progress; maintain documentation.
• Communicate with parents regarding progress and at-home strategies; collaborate with team.
