Job summary

Read Write Learning Center in Mobile, AL is seeking a dedicated Dyslexia Instructor to support struggling readers using a multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach. You will provide one-on-one intervention, build rapport with students, and create a supportive, encouraging learning environment.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic team you will provide one-on-one reading intervention, build rapport and strong working relationships with your students, provide tailored support, and foster a nurturing learning environment. We use a multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. Specialized training will be provided for all tutors, no previous training in dyslexia required, but previous teaching experience or experience working with children in a professional setting is highly preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

• Part-time, between 10-20 hours per week.
