Job summary

Guggenheim Securities in New York seeks an analyst to join its Structured Products Origination team. You will support deal teams across securitization transactions, prepare marketing materials, and develop cash flow models for ABS, CLOs and other securitized assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years of analyst experience in structured products or related group.
• Experience with cash flow modeling of ABS, CLO or other securitized products.
• Strong quantitative skills; Excel modeling experience required; VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deal team in securitization transactions across asset classes.
• Prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency materials.
• Develop securitization cash flow models and perform data analyses.
• Conduct market research and industry reviews for new asset classes.
• Develop and maintain databases/tools to track pricing and investor activity.
