You will conduct market research, maintain databases, and contribute to the marketing of financing solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience in a related group at a financial institution or rating

Position Summary

Essential Job Functions

• Support deal team in all aspects of securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes
• Help prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency materials
• Develop securitization cash flow models and perform portfolio and historical data analysis for various types of assets
• Conduct market research and industry review projects for new asset classes
• Develop and maintain databases and automated tools used by the team to track information such as transaction pricings, investor participation, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• One to two years of experience as an analyst in a structured products or related group at a major financial institution, top tier accounting firm or rating agency
• Experience with cash flow modeling of ABS, CLO or other types of securitized products requiredStrong quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modeling experience required, familiarity with VBA preferred

Work Location

• Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week.

Salary

• Annual base salary between $110,000 and $125,000.
• The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
