Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking an Associate Director to support the Structured Products Team within IPG. You will help arrange lending facilities, securitization financing, CLOs, and related instruments, coordinating with Treasury and Operations to ensure timely pricing and closing.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve processes. A hybrid work culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or asset manager.
• Financial transaction modeling experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills.
• Attention to detail; meticulous and accurate.
• Ability to learn and excel at day-to-day responsibilities and contribute to process improvement.
• Team oriented with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and negotiating securitization financing and related transactions including CLOs and total return swaps.
• Help with ancillary documents such as offering circulars and indentures.
• Support handling of internal borrowing transactions including warehouse financing and related docs.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Operations to ensure smooth pricing and closing of CLO transactions and bank lines.
• Model deal capital structures and cash flows in Excel, Intex and Moody's.
• Run monthly/quarterly internal reporting.
• Prepare presentations and historical analyses for marketing CLO debt and equity to investors.
• Research and develop new product ideas.
