Job summary

Hogan Lovells is seeking a mid-level to senior Associate for Securitization/Structured Finance. The role requires at least three years of significant experience in securitization, structured finance, and related areas.

CLO/CMBS/Repo experience is a plus, and a US law degree with bar admission is expected. The position offers a base salary in a broad range, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate.
• CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
• Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
