Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid Texas educational aide certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to support academic and behavioral goals.
• Provide small group and one-on-one instruction as needed.
• Modify assignments to meet student needs under the teacher's direction.
• Assist with behavior management and de-escalation strategies.
