Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments team. You will support client management and business development across the Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) coverage team and work with senior Relationship Managers to deliver iCapital's technology solutions to BD clients.

The role emphasizes client-facing duties, platform demonstrations, CRM leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a client-facing or business development role.
• Foundational knowledge of structured investments.
• Experience with wealth management firms or broker-dealers is a plus.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred; willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers across IBD client relationships and business development.
• Assist in platform demonstrations, contribute to RFP responses, coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Help manage client relationships with follow-ups and timely responses.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support initiatives across the IBD channel.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and team reporting.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to enable client integrations and platform functionality.
• Develop knowledge of iCapital's product suite and structured investments landscape.
