Job summary

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to join the Structured Investments team to focus on sales support. This position will work cross-functionally and closely with bank issuers and clients.

The role involves making outbound calls, learning products to communicate objectives, risks, features, and benefits, analyzing sales trends, and assisting senior staff while pursuing FINRA licenses; hybrid in-office Mon-Thu with Friday remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Sales and client service experience in financial services is a plus.
• Excellent relationship, follow-up, and communication skills.
• General knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Motivated, mature, trustworthy, and a team player.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of private markets, structured products, and options is a plus.
• Series 7, 63 and SIE licenses or candidate must obtain licenses within 4 months of hire date.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees. This role is commission eligible.
