Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate or AVP to join the Structured Investments team in New York. The role focuses on client management and business development across the Independent Broker Dealer channel, delivering iCapital's technology solutions to BD clients and prospects.

You will collaborate with senior Relationship Managers, contribute to go-to-market initiatives, and help manage client relationships, pipeline, and platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a client-facing, business development, or relationship management role, preferably in financial services or enterprise tech.
• Foundational knowledge of structured investments with interest in deepening expertise.
• Experience working with wealth management firms or broker-dealers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers across all IBD client and prospect relationships.
• Assist platform demonstrations for new prospects and contribute to RFP responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams on iCapital's enterprise technology solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and team reporting.
