U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is seeking a CLO Trust Reporting Analyst 2 in Charlotte, NC to support reporting on structured finance vehicles. The role involves reading indentures, creating report specs, and configuring payment calculations across multiple in-house systems.

The candidate will map and reconcile collateral data, conduct tax-related tasks as needed, and produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports while coordinating with asset managers and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in interpreting data and identifying exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret trust indentures and reporting requirements.
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
