Job summary

EverBank, N.A. is seeking a Specialty and Syndicated Portfolio Associate to manage portfolio administration for complex lending relationships.

You will interpret transaction structures, operationalize deal terms, and coordinate with Production, Credit, Legal, Risk, and Servicing teams to ensure accurate execution and ongoing management. The role requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills to analyze data, produce reports, and identify trends across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of portfolio administration experience
• Experience with structured finance or asset-based lending preferred
• University degree preferred or required

Responsibilities

• Owns execution and ongoing portfolio management activities for assigned relationships.
• Interprets and operationalizes complex deal structures across systems, processes, and workflows.
• Manages covenant frameworks, including monitoring, reporting, compliance tracking, and exception management.
• Partners with Production, Credit, Legal, Risk, and Servicing teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Supports regulatory and compliance requirements related to structured transactions.
• Identifies risks and drives resolution.
• Coordinates with underwriting, risk management, operations, and treasury teams to support portfolio management.
