Job summary

Guggenheim Securities in New York is seeking an analyst to join its Structured Products Origination (SPO) team. You will support deal teams across securitization transactions and help prepare materials for marketing, ratings agencies, and investors.

The position requires 1–2 years in structured products, strong quantitative skills, and proficiency in Excel; VBA is a plus. Base salary ranges and location in NY office at least 4 days per week are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of analyst experience in structured products or related group.
• Experience with cash flow modeling of ABS, CLO or other securitized products.
• Strong quantitative skills; Excel modeling experience required; VBA familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deal team in securitization transactions across asset classes.
• Develop securitization cash flow models and perform portfolio analysis.
• Prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency materials.
• Conduct market research and industry reviews for new asset classes.
• Develop and maintain databases and automated tools for tracking pricing and investor participation.
