Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree completed and available to start immediately (subject to any notice period).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A, Structured Finance, Securitization, ABS, or Asset Backed Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction processes and lead Analysts on projects across different coverage and product teams.
• Develop models and analyses and prepare written and oral client materials.
• Review legal and other offering documents and assist in valuation and financing related to M&A, LBO and asset sales.
