Job summary

Fervo Energy in Houston is seeking a Manager, Structured Finance to lead execution of capital raises across project finance and related structures. You will coordinate with Finance, Development, Engineering and Legal to drive diligence, drafting, and closing of transactions, from term sheet to financial close.

This hands-on role requires a track record in complex infrastructure financing, strong modeling, and the ability to manage multiple deals with lenders, equity investors, and tax equity

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, energy finance, or investment banking, with direct experience executing complex transactions.
• Strong technical understanding of project finance debt, tax equity, and capital stack structuring, with the ability to support financial modeling and structuring analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diligence processes, data rooms, and documentation workstreams across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, equity investors, and tax equity counterparties on transaction execution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback Deal Execution: lead capital raises from term sheet to financial close.
• Diligence & Data Room Management: organize data rooms and respond to information requests from lenders and investors.
• Structuring & Negotiation Support: assist capital stack design and negotiate terms with counterparties.
• Documentation & Transaction Materials: draft, review, and negotiate documents with Legal and external counsel.
• Cross-Functional Integration & Risk Management: coordinate with Engineering, Development, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Asset Management.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: build models for capital stack analysis and transaction structuring.
