Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Banking and Financial Services Associate in Pittsburgh with 3-5 years of structured finance and securitization experience. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for admission in their home jurisdiction.

The role involves representing financial institutions and issuers, drafting and negotiating transaction documents for asset-backed securities, and supporting all phases of complex structured finance deals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
• Experience with CLO transactions and related special purpose entity matters.
• Licensed to practice law in home jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for asset-backed securities issuances and other structured finance arrangements.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and analyze transactional legal opinions.
• Support the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions.
