Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Chicago, IL seeks a Banking and Financial Services Associate with 3–5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations. Candidates must be licensed to practice in their home jurisdiction or be eligible for admission.

Duties include representing financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance deals; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents for asset-backed securities; and supporting all phases of complex

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
Experience with CLO transactions and related SPV matters.
Collaborative, fast-paced transactional practice.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Represent financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for asset-backed securities issuances and other structured finance arrangements.
Prepare, negotiate, review, and analyze transactional legal opinions.
Support the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions.
