Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is partnering with a Pittsburgh law firm to hire a Structured Finance Associate. The role centers on CMBS and commercial real estate finance, offering growth through complex transactions and client relationships.

The candidate will conduct research, draft briefs and contracts, and manage transactions from start to finish while staying current on legal precedents. A JD and PA admission are required; 2+ years in a law firm is preferred. AmLaw 100 experience is a plus.
