Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate attorney to join its Banking and Financial Services unit in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations, with a strong understanding of asset-backed securities and related SP entity matters.

Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in their home jurisdiction or be eligible for admission.

Qualifications

• JD required for admission to practice law.
• Experience with CLO transactions and related SP entity matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for asset-backed securities issuances and other structured finance arrangements.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and analyze transactional legal opinions.
• Support the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions.
• Collaborate with partners to close deals efficiently.
